Welcome to Konserthuset Stockholm's box office. We offer excellent services, in person and over the phone.
Address
The box office is situated at Konserthuset Stockholm, on the corner of Sveavägen/Kungsgatan.
Opening hours
The box office is open for visitors Monday–Friday 12–18, Saturday 11–15 and normally two hours before concerts.
Telephone booking service
Our telephone booking service is open Monday through Friday 11–17, and Saturday 11–14. Please call +46 8 50 66 77 88.
You can book tickets directly over the telephone using a payment card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
You can also make a reservation and pay later if you wish. Tickets can normally be reserved for up to three days.

Accessibility
The box office is accessible from street level on Sveavägen, and via a ramp from the corner of Sveavägen/Kungsgatan.
One of our cash desks is lower down, for the benefit of seated visitors. All cash desks are equipped with hearing loops.
The box office is located next to the lift. Opening one hour before concerts begin, you can use it to access every floor in the building, as well as the street level.
Gift shop
We don’t just sell tickets. The venue also has a gift shop, offering a selection of CDs, DVDs, music books and music-themed gift items.
