Under the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL), you are entitled to know how your personal data is used.

Use of personal data

Konserthuset Stockholm (Stockholm Concert Hall Foundation), corporate ID number 802001-8266, is responsible for the data you provide us, for example, when purchasing tickets or subscriptions, signing up for newsletters or subscribing to publications.

Such data, including email addresses, is used in the following way: Your data will be saved in our customer and address register, to be used in order to fulfil our obligations to you, for example, by ensuring our magazine, Lyssna, or tickets you order are issued to the correct address, as well as providing good service in all other respects. For such purposes, it may be necessary to submit your data to our partners, such as distribution firms or equivalent. Data may also be used in order to make you aware of offers, and equivalent, for marketing purposes, or to enable you to provide feedback through surveys. Data may be integrated with other registers for the purposes specified above, and to maintain adequate care of customers and directories.

You may, on request, obtain the personal data about you which is held on file. In cases where data is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
