The last time singer Jessica Pilnäs performed in Konserthuset was in 2018, in conjunction with the opening of the Parliamentary Session, together with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and several soloists. Jessica Pilnäs has participated in the contest Melodifestivalen, she has worked with artists like Carola and Robyn, and she has composed songs for artists like Laura Pausini. Jessica Pilnäs also works as a medical doctor.
In this intimate concert she performs with Karl Olanderssson, one of Sweden's foremost jazz trumpet players, the versatile vibraphonist (and composer) Mattias Ståhl and the well-merited bass player Fredrik Jonsson. These very musicans were also on Jessica Pilnäs’ celebrated album Norma Deloris Egstrom – A Tribute to Peggy Lee (Act).
