Where is the border of classical music?

The Royal Swedish Academy of Music pushes the concept of classical music and explores what can be contained within its framework. With conductor Hans Ek, composer Hans Gefors and an instrumental ensemble, we present a discussion about what classical music can tolerate, and what can happen when a “classic” orchestra is enriched with (or subjected to) music originating from another tradition.
