Monday at last with tangos and baroque music
From Strozzi to the present with guest artists from Finland.
Monday At Last is the concert subscription in which violinist Cecilia Zilliacus and cellist Kati Raitinen create original programming in consultation with violist Johanna Persson. Each concert also includes internationally renowned Swedish and international musicians.
Cecilia Zilliacus and Kati Raitinen perform here together with soprano Tuuli Lindeberg and bandoneón player Henrik Sandås in a richly varied program with music ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary pieces. Finnish Tuuli Lindeberg has a wide repertoire with focus on the baroque and new music, and has been praised for her crystal-clear voice.
Finnish-Swedish Henrik Sandås one of Finland’s leading tango nuevo specialists and is also increasingly making his mark as a composer, arranger and orchestrator for different ensembles in a wide range of genres.
In partnership with ZPR String Trio.
