Genre: Chamber music

Soup Concert with trio

Music by Mélanie Bonis and Bohuslav Martinu.

Philharmonic musicians Andreas Alin, Stefan Lindgren and Sofie Sunnerstam play French and Czech music.

French composer Mélanie Bonis (1858–1937) has only recently surfaced in the repertorie on a more regular basis, and in her elegant chamber music it is often pieces written for the flute that has been noted. We hear her very melodic and charmful trio.

Czech Bohuslav Martinu’s (1890–1959) work list is both extensive and full och surprises. His music is often rhytmic and vital, at times with added jazzy colours. This trio is written in a neoclassical and playful style.

Menu: Pumpkin soup with smoked paprika oil & deep-fried kale. The soup is served with sourdough bread, crisp bread, whipped butter and cheese, as well as a drink, coffee/tea and a small biscuit. All soups are lactose- and gluten-free. Notify us of any special dietary requests when making your booking.
