Jazz, folk and pop in own arrangements with young quartet.
The members of the jazz quartet Halv8 met in the music programme at Södra Latins Gymnasium and have been performing together for three years. Halv8 consists of David Weissglas, piano; Gustav Stefansson, guitar; Dario Fantuzzi, double bass; and Jacob Långström Nygård, percussion. The repertoire includes a blend of various genres. Jazz is central, of course, but there are also elements of classical, folk, pop and progressive rock. With their own arrangements and original music, Halv8 have developed their own unique sound.
