The K&K Philharmoniker presents Viennese musical culture with plenty of joie de vivre at their Wiener Johann Strauss Konzert-Gala. Thus far, over a million visitors in 19 European countries have been captivated by the refreshing and youthful charm of Mathias Georg Kendlinger’s successful export, Made in Austria.

The 21st European tour will be underway from 5 December to 5 March 2017, with a total of 65 concerts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Ukraine.

The K&K Philharmoniker brings melodies from the Strauss family to life, with familiar waltzes and music from beloved operettas. The concerts will culminate, of course, with numbers such as An der schönen blauen Donau and the Radetzky March. The Austrian K&K Ballet’s dance performance gives the concert its utterly special character. The troupe is strongly influenced by the unforgettable Gerlinde Dill, who choreographed the famous New Year’s Concert from Vienna for 20 years.
