Soup Concert with Mozart

Franz Schubert composed three string trios. Here we have the unfinished second one – only a first movement was completed. The piano quartet in g minor is widely consired the first major piece composed for piano quartet in the chamber music repertoire.

Menu: Peruvian soup with green peas and shrimp, served with chopped hard-boiled egg and shredded scallions.
