SPRING CONCERT WITH NORDISKA MUSIKGYMNASIET

Welcome to Nordiska Musikgymnasiet’s spring concert, which will present a selection of vocal and instrumental musical experiences in various chamber music constellations.

Music for string orchestra and choir will also be presented.

Nordiska Musikgymnasiet is a private upper secondary school with an emphasis on classical music. In its 20 years in existence, it has established itself as one of Sweden’s best upper secondary music schools. Young rising stars such as cellist Hanna Dahlkvist, conductor Emil Eliasson, organist Joakim Andersson, soprano Annie Ternström, violinist Johan Dalene, pianist Sebastian Iivonen and Konserthuset’s Summer Musicians Trio Conti all attended upper secondary school here.

In addition to a complete upper secondary education, the school provides professional classical music training. Nordiska Musikgymnasiet accepts students from all over Sweden as well as from the Nordic region and the rest of Europe. Students are admitted for all acoustic instruments, singing, composition and conducting.
