Associate Concertmaster

The audition will take place October 17–18, 2026, at Konserthuset Stockholm by personal invitation.

Invitations to the audition will be sent out on September 7 2026 at the latest.

If we receive a high number of applicants, a digital pre-selection may be required. In that case, this will be communicated after the application deadline.

Applicants who have served as a substitute as Concertmaster or Associate Concertmaster in the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra or who hold a permanent Associate Concertmaster or higher position are automatically qualified for the live audition and therefore do not need to submit a video. If this applies to you, please inform us by email at auditions@konserthuset.se together with your CV.

Candidates who reach the final round may be considered for future concertmaster vacancies within the orchestra.
