Rebaroque
Baroque with Folk Music and Jazz
Rebaroque returns to Grünewald Hall with a colourful programme: Baroque music influenced by folk music and jazz.
Since the orchestra was formed in 1998, it has established itself as one of Sweden’s leading Baroque ensembles, with guest performances in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Norway, England and Lebanon.
With violinist Maria Lindal as concertmaster and artistic director, Rebaroque pushes musical limits within the rich offering of Baroque music to great success. The repertoire includes orchestral works, chamber music, oratories and operas, and the ensemble has worked with some of the world’s foremost soloists and conductors in the Baroque genre.
