This year, the entire music world celebrates the 250-year anniversary of Beethoven’s birth. This performance will present Beethoven’s cello sonatas, all five of them – music which span his entire creative career. To hear his cello sonatas is like joining Beethoven on his musical journey through life.

Come in and listen as long as you like. Information about Beethoven and his life will be presented between the sonatas, by tonight's host Zaida Ponthin. We will hear Hanna Dahlkvist on cello and Darya Tchaikovsky on piano.
