Mozart Rekviem Speak

New texts by young students are interwoven into Mozart's Requiem.

Grades 4–9.

Together with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, young choir singers and upper school students from Stockholm County, rappers and professional classical singers, will perform Mozart’s powerful Requiem. The original Latin is interwoven with the students’ thoughts on life and death, rapped between Mozart’s movements. Mozart’s Requiem was written in 1791.
