Stockholm Swing All Stars is firmly grounded in the jazz tradition and over the years the ensemble has developed a personal sound thanks to their own arrangements and superb musicians who are complete masters of the unparalleled feel of jazz. With swing, heft and the joy of performing, they send the music straight into listeners’ hearts.

Fantastic and timeless pieces by jazz giants like Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Dizzy Gillespie are recast in creative and personal arrangements by the band’s members, who are also inspired to compose in the spirit of the greats. Some arrangements are beautiful; others are intricate; some are bluesy and captivating – but all are full of soul, playfulness and swing.
