Anniversary Concert – Nacka Musikklasser Celebrates 40 Years!

This year, we’re celebrating 40 years of Nacka Musikklasser gathering music-loving children and young people to sing through their compulsory school years at a high level of artistic skill. On 23 May, we will play and sing in celebration in the Main Hall of Konserthuset Stockholm! You are welcome to join us and take joy in the music!
Nacka Musikklasser has offered music training for primary and lower secondary school-aged students since 1984. Based on the Swedish choral tradition, students have opportunities to grow in both classical and modern music. Key words are awareness and ambition, regardless of genre. Nacka Musikklasser aims to contribute to students’ personal, social and musical development by giving them experiences involving advanced music practice, and laying the foundation for a life-long relationship with music.
