All prices listed below are exclusive of VAT and are valid until 31 December 2026.

Room Rental Monday-Friday

Half-day (4 hours): 3.600 SEK
Full-day (8 hours): 6.200 SEK

75” TV screen for presentations from PC and/or Mac

General cleaning

Additional Rental Time

Rental time refers to the total period the tenant has access to the room, from entry to exit. If the tenant wishes to add rental time beyond the 4 or 8 hours included in the room rental, the cost is 800 SEK per started hour. For time between 23.00 and 7.00, an additional fee of 5.000 SEK per started hour applies.

Overtime Surcharge

For overtime (additional non-agreed hours), standard hourly rates apply as listed above, plus an additional surcharge of 10.000 SEK per started hour.

Rental of Technical Equipment/Technical Staff

Custom quotes are available upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are in accordance with the agreement.

Please submit your booking inquiry via our form.

Preliminary bookings can be made free of charge. A final booking must be confirmed within four (4) weeks after the preliminary booking. Otherwise, the preliminary booking will automatically be removed from the booking system.
