Ulf Norberg
Ulf Norberg is Konserthuset Stockholm’s organist since the season 2013-14. The assignment includes programming the organ matinee series as well as developing activities for and with the concert hall organ.
In addition to his assignment at Konserthuset Stockholm, Norberg is organist at Hedvig Eleonora church in Stockholm. He also work as a teacher at the church musician training at Ersta Sköndal University in Stockholm.
Ulf Norberg has a strong commitment to making the large organ repertoire available to a wider audience, which has resulted in innovative programs and three-disc recordings made in Hedvig Eleonora church with music by, among others, Mozart and Grieg. He is the artistic director of Östermalm's piano festival with symphonic organ, which takes place annually in August.
