Blue House Youth Jazz Festival 2026

Registrations for the 2026 edition, taking place on 20–22 March, is now closed.
The Blue House Youth Jazz Festival is intended for members of big bands and jazz ensembles from Sweden’s culture schools, upper secondary schools with arts programmes, folk high schools and music colleges. It takes place at Konserthuset Stockholm and Kulturama Hammarby Sjöstad.
The program includes three days of clinics and lectures with Swedish and international jazz musicians as well as several concerts, and culminates on the last day with the Big Band Competition and Jazz Ensemble Competition. The Blue House Youth Jazz Festival at Konserthuset Stockholm draws over 400 students every year.
Clinics are led by both international and Swedish jazz artists and educators. This year’s participants: Björn Arkö, Carl Mörner-Ringström, David Stackenäs, Eleonor Ferrari, Emeli Ek, Fabia Mantwill, Filip Ekestubbe, Gary Husband, Hildegunn Øiseth, Håkan Goohde, Ida Wretling, Magnus Eriksson, Malin Wättring, Markus Ahlberg, Rogério Pitomba, Rubem Farias, Samuel Löfdahl, Sara Aldén, Sara Skoglund, Svante Söderqvist samt Tuulikki Bartosik, Adam Forkelid and Konrad Agnas.
