During those years, he also participated in tours of Europe, Japan and South America. He was subsequently hired as section leader of the second violins in the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra in Norway.

Gabriel has played with many prominent orchestras in France and Scandinavia, such as the Lamoureux Orchestra, Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, the Radio Symphony Orchestra and Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra. Gabriel is also a dedicated chamber musician and frequently plays in a string quartet and piano trio. Additionally, he is deeply dedicated to period music and works with ensembles such as Le Cercle de l'Harmonie and Le Concert de la Loge.
