About the concert
På svenskaStudents from Konstfack present works in copper inspired by the history of Konserthuset Stockholm.
During this year’s Stockholm Craft Week, students from Konstfack’s Jewellery and Corpus: Ädellab programme are collaborating with Konserthuset Stockholm on an exhibition. The students were given access to historic copper sheets from the roof of Konserthuset. The history of the material, together with Konserthuset itself as a place, provided the starting point for a series of corpus works in which the copper sheets form the central material.
See the results in the exhibition in the vestibule of Konserthuset, entrance from Kungsgatan.
Konstfack is Sweden’s largest university of arts, crafts and design. The Bachelor’s programme Jewellery and Corpus: Ädellab focuses on fields of knowledge rooted in goldsmithing and silversmithing.
