Welcome to a magnificent concert with the Swedish Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards, Court Singer Karl-Magnus Fredriksson and conductor Andreas Hanson. Together, they take us on a musical journey through 500 years of Swedish military music.
The programme features music by Richard Strauss, Giuseppe Verdi and Evert Taube, among others. Eugen Qvarnström is the presenter.
Karl-Magnus Fredriksson is one of Sweden’s leading baritones. Appointed Court Singer in 2004, he has been a member of the Royal Swedish Opera since 1999, performing leading roles. He is also a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Music.
