Ted Gärdestad – Signed by Peter Nordahl returns to Konserthuset

Following two sold-out concerts earlier this year, Ted Gärdestad – Signed by Peter Nordahl returns to Konserthuset Stockholm.

As before, the concert is based on the Grammy-nominated album of the same name, in which Ted Gärdestad’s original vocals are combined with newly written symphonic arrangements. Together with the Stockholm Concert Orchestra, a selection of his best-loved songs is now performed in orchestral arrangements by Peter Nordahl.

Together with his brother Kenneth, Ted Gärdestad created a body of songs that continues to move generation after generation. The concert features music from throughout his career, from Ett stilla regn to his final recording, I den stora sorgens famn, as well as classics such as Himlen är oskyldigt blå and Sol, vind och vatten.

The concerts have previously been acclaimed by audiences and critics alike. Stockholm audiences can now once again experience Ted Gärdestad’s voice in the symphonic setting Peter Nordahl created for the album.
