Family Concert – Christmas Sing-Along

Together we fill the hall with the sound of a thousand voices.

The success quickly became an annual tradition! Join us in singing Christmas classics together with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. So clear your throats, warm up your vocal cords and get ready for the perfect start to the festive season. You are, of course, equally welcome simply to listen and be enveloped by the orchestra and voices filling every corner of the Main Hall.

Leading the sing-along, as before, is Emelie Power, organist and choir director at Katarina Parish. She has also led sing-alongs with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra at Philharmonic Day and at recent years’ Christmas Sing-Along concerts.

Since completing her conducting studies in 2022, Sofia Winiarski has attracted considerable attention and is already a sought-after guest with many orchestras. Since 2025, she has been Artistic Director of the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, and she made her debut with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra in 2024.

Place:: The Main Hall currently has capacity for 1,770 people, spread across the stalls, first and second balconies and choir balcony. Each floor can be accessed by lift or the stairs. Due to the location of pillars, a number of seats have a fully or partially restricted view. These are indicated in the booking system. The hall has six wheelchair places.
