Spring Concert with Nordiska Musikgymnasiet

Spring Sounds 2026 – welcome to Nordiska Musikgymnasiet’s concert in Grünewald Hall. The programme offers a wide range of musical experiences in various chamber music constellations. In addition, there will be performances for string orchestra and choir.

Nordiska Musikgymnasiet is an independent upper secondary school specialising in music. With more than 20 years of activity, it has become one of Sweden’s leading music-focused secondary schools. Young rising stars such as the cellist Hanna Dahlkvist, the conductor Emil Eliasson, the organist Joakim Andersson, the tenor Clifford Lewis, the soprano Annie Ternström, the violinist Johan Dalene, and the pianist Sebastian Iivonen, among others, have received their upper secondary education here.

In addition to providing full upper secondary qualifications (a nationally recruited advanced programme in the arts), the school offers professional-level music training. Nordiska Musikgymnasiet admits students from across Sweden, the Nordic countries, and the rest of Europe. Admission is open for all acoustic instruments, voice, composition, and conducting.
