Make a Soup with Konserthuset

Make your own soup – and enjoy our soup concerts at lunchtime on select Fridays. Carotte’s Head Chef Jonas Berg och Konserthuset’s Head of Programming Fredrik Andersson are your guides

Konserthuset Stockholm launches its own cooking show with Jonas Berg, Head Chef of Carotte, and as his sidekick Konserthuset’s Fredrik Andersson, foodie and Head of Programming. Together they present easy recipes for tasty soups to be enjoyed along with our soup concerts.

Normally, our soups are served in the beautiful Grünewald Hall at our popular lunchtime soup concerts. Programmes mixing classics with rarities are presented by musicans of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, and on occasion invited guest musicians.

During the pandemic, we have a different situation with no audiences and concerts livestreamed for free. Have a look at the calendar for upcoming concerts: concert calendar

But there would be no soup concerts without the soup! If we are unable to offer a seat in the hall, this will have to be solved otherwise. With these films we hope to inspire you to arrange your own soup concert at home: we offer the recipes and the music, you only have do the cooking.

The soup concert are available after the livestream on Konserthuset Play
