Welcome to Konserthuset Stockholm's box office. We offer excellent services, in person and over the phone.
The box office is situated at Konserthuset Stockholm, on the corner of Sveavägen/Kungsgatan.
Is the box office open?
Yes, the box office is open for visitors Monday–Friday 12–16. We are also open one hour before the concerts.
Starting September 29 the box office is open for visitors Monday–Friday 12–18, Saturday 11–15 and normally two hours before concerts.
Welcome to a safe visit
We give clear instructions on how to keep our distance to one another in our premises.
We do not handle cash; payments can be made by credit card. Our cash registers are equipped with plexiglass and hand sanitiser is available to use for free.
Telephone booking service
Our telephone booking service is open Monday through Friday 11–16. Please call +46 8 50 66 77 88.
Starting September 29 the telephone booking service is open Monday through Friday 11–17, and Saturday 11–14.
You can book tickets directly over the telephone using a payment card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
You can also make a reservation and pay later if you wish. Tickets can normally be reserved for up to three days.

The box office is accessible from street level on Sveavägen, and via a ramp from the corner of Sveavägen/Kungsgatan. Please note: The entrance from Sveavägen is momentarily closed from 14.00 on weekdays.
One of our cash desks is lower down, for the benefit of seated visitors. All cash desks are equipped with hearing loops.
The box office is located next to the lift. Opening one hour before concerts begin, you can use it to access every floor in the building, as well as the street level.
We don’t just sell tickets. The venue also has a gift shop, offering a selection of CDs, DVDs, music books and music-themed gift items.
